Abstract

The research aims to know the influence of the outing event on performance of employees PT. Fresnel Perdana Mandiri. Supported by curiosity tan researchers over sussces PT. Fresnel Perdana Mandiri become one of the best local brokers in Indonesia. The theory used is event theory according to Getz. The paradigm that is used is the paradigm of positivism by using quantitative research approach. The method of this research in the research method using the eksplanatif event an performance characterisitcs of the employee. The variable X is composed of indicators of the uniqueness, perishability, intangibility, the atmosphere, service and personal interaction. While the variable Y is Comprised of effectiveness and responsibility, discipline and initiative. The conclusion of the test result SPSS statictics version 23 shows that there are significant effect between outing event variabel (X) and (Y) of the employees performance, can be seen from output Pearson’s R value all show the value is at a strong level. The contribution of Y against X 85,2% , 14,8% and the rest were influenced outside factors variabel x. Based on hypothesis test obtained p-value in acoloum of significant 0,000 0,005,namely level < of significant so-called H1 received H0 rejected, meaning outing event affect the performance of the employee PT. Fresnel Perdana Mandiri.
