This study aims to know the influence of the ILOOK program on NET TV to the consumen behavior on students of SMKN 27 majoring in fashion design, Center of Jakarta. This study is using the paradigm of positivism. This study is a quantitative research with explanative type which is associative. The population in this study is students of SMKN 27 Majoring in Fashion Design, Center of Jakarta. And the sample amount is 139 respondents, taken using Simple Random Sampling. This study used Stimulus Organisme Response (S-O-R). And for data collecting there are 2 kind, first is data primer using a questionnaire, and the second is using media intermediaries such as literature that related to this study. The results showed that ILOOK program on NET TV to the consumen behavior only 13,5% which is a low influence between consumtive behavior on the students of SMKN 27 Majoring in Fashion Design, Center of Jakarta and the rest 86,5% influenced by other variables. Researcher tested the hypothesis with the result signification in the correlations table in the column Sig (2-tailed) in the amount 0,000 and alpha 0,05. So 0,05 > 0,000 levelof signifikan. So there is an influence between those two variables. It can be concluded that significant is influenced. So there is a low influence of the program ILOOK on NET TV to the consumen behavior (Explanative Study to Students of Class X, XI, XII SMKN 27 Majoring in Fashion Design, Center of Jakarta).
