Abstract

This study aims to descript the activity of Organization Communication in PT. Bina Mahasiswa Indonesia (Student League) in increasing work motivation. The theory used in this research is Maslow's Hierarchy Needs Theory. The methode of this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that organizational communication that happend within the organization is not well run. The negatif treatment from employes side is reprimand from the leader give openly through whatsapp group. Employees prefer that reprimand give personally to them in private area. The   cause of high turnover rate due to 2 (two) factors: resign by employee and termination by company. These two factors are the reasons for the high turnover rate in the company. Employee termination desided due to the employee bad character, such as money corruption and employees lack credibility. While employees who choose to resign due to the physiological needs embodied in the salary which is at the minimum level of government regulation after three-month probation period. Before the three months probation period, the salary is below the minimum government regulation. With the rhythm of fast work, high load, and minimum salary, employees choose to work elsewhere.
