Abstract

This research is aims to knowing the news framed by media, especially the news about return the communism in the screening back of G30S/PKI film, in the online media like cnnindonesia.com and also sindonews.com, on September 29-30,2017. The question is, how framing the news about the issues of return the communism in the screening back of G30S/PKI film in the online media cnnindonesia.com and sindonews.com? The Research Method is used with the qualitative approach, and research paradigm is used the paradigm of constructivism. Researchers is used the analysis framing to analyze both of media, where the framing is used Robert M Entman method. The Result from research the that has been done, that the news have been researched from September 29-30, 2017 on the online media cnnindonesia.com and sindonews.com, with Robert M Entman theory, is showing that, the aspect highlighted in the online media cnnindonesia.com is communism just issues of politic and film G30S/PKI isn’t have true information, while the aspect highlighted in online media sindonews.com is with the screening this film G30S/PKI can added knowledge about history and the case in the past not repeated again . The aspect highlighted is showing on headline news and news content is presented in the online media cnnindonesia.com and sindonews.com. Theoretical Suggestion is who want research with Robert M Entman method can added the reference. Practical Suggestion is online media cnnindonesia.com and sindonews.com can behave the impartial.
