STRATEGI PENGEMASAN PROGRAM TELEVISI 86 DI NET TV DALAM MENYAMPAIKAN PESAN EDUKASI BAGI KHALAYAK DI CENGKARENG JAKARTA BARAT

Abstract

The function of the television broadcast had 4 important points that is, inform (information) (entertainment), entertaining and educating (education). One example is the packaging of television programs on Tv Net 86 in delivering educational messages to audiences in Cengkareng West Jakarta. This study discusses program 86 on Net Tv. Researchers conducted the study for 86 programs deliver impressions that educate and provide good information to the public. Because of this, Researchers want to know how the packaging strategy of the program 86 what the producer and his creative team do, to get program that have educational message to audiences. The formulation of the problem of this research is “How can packaging strategy 86 television programs in delivering educational messages for the audiences in Cengkareng West Jakarta”. So this study aims to find out the packaging strategy of television programs 86 in Net Tv in delivering educational messages for audiences in Cengkareng West Jakarta. In this study researchers used descriptive qualitative research method with post-positivism paradigm. Subjects in this study is the producer of the program 86 to dissect packaging strategy program, researchers used the concept of program strategy put forward in the book Mc Cavits 1991 regarding broadcasting management. Broadcasting management has four phases of plan the program, production and program acquisition, execution and views, program control. The collection of data through observation and research conducted in-depth interviews to producers of 86. The results showed that packaging program 86 has a message that education and information to be useful to many audiences of caution in every respect and abide by the rules is violated Indonesian law and the message conveyed to the audience was well received. The conclusion of this research is the packing of 86 program many contain educational and educational messages. Advice from researchers to program 86 can deliver themes / program material more interesting and more educated so that more people can realize that in Indonesia is still obey the law of Indonesia and broadcasters like the police are more daring and sprightly
