Abstract

This study aims to find out the internal public relations strategy in PT XL Axiata to improve employee work motivation through internal activities of employee relations section. The research question asked is how the internal public relations strategy in PT XL Axiata to improve employee work motivation through internal activities of employee relations section. This research approach uses qualitative research approach and the method that the researcher use is qualitative descriptive method. The subject of this study is key informants and informants related to internal public relations activities at PT XL Axiata. Data collection is obtained through observation, interview and documentation. Observations were conducted at PT XL Axiata, interviews with key informants and several informants and documentation from various media. Researchers use Motivation Theory from Abraham Maslow. Theoretical suggestion is the motivational theory of Abraham Maslow that researchers use in research is expected to be a reference material for other researchers and a theory of comparison with other motivational theories.
